The kid is lip-synching Will Ferrell.
So I've been told. He's got it down pretty damn well though...
Here's the original Will Ferrell sketch, although I've got to say, I think the kid does a better Bush impression than Ferrell. Ferrell has the voice, but the kid nails the facial expressions!
